Hello All

Just wondering what everyone does after dehydrating...I made Carrot Pecan Burgers as well as Alissa's Burger Buns in the dehydrator and was wondering about storage and shelf life??? Alissa's recipes are large for one person...There is only one person in my house right now that is eating Raw and thats me...So I find these two recipes large in portions and I like a variety during the day as well as the week.. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated...Thanks so much

If I have dried them to crispy then I put them in a ziplock bag and store at room temp.
If I have left them a little moist (as I seem to prefer lately) I put them on a plate and place in the fridge and use within 4 or 5 days.

I freeze mostly everything. Burgers freeze/thaw well as do crackers - they stay crisp. I'm the only raw foodist in my household too.

I freeze stuff, too. That way the big batches don't go to waste and you have leftovers.
