I personally don't know of any out there but you can type in google : health food stores in that area. Then call a couple of them. Some of them have eat in cafes and some of them will know the area and be able to tell you if there is any around.:D

Aside from the Whole Foods and Wild Oats, ....mmm? I think there might be a vegan place that might have some raw vegan...I'll ask around and see what I come up with (about 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis)
