Frozen spinach and how do i get my greens

I live in Saudi Arabia (think reallllly hot people), and the greens are really bad this time of the year (like wilted and dead, and the same price).

I miss the greens, summer is long (may thru sept).......and don't know if i can make it without any greens......

What about frozen spinach (it's from belgium if that counts, but there is one brand from egypt too)??????? It looks really dark green and when I unfreeze it it looks pretty uncooked?

Anyone know?? I can't really call belgium on this one?

Hey there! I don't know if it's been blanced prior to freezing, but what about green powder supplements and adding them to green smoothies? I know Alissa's contains a LOT of sea and land greens. That could be an alternative until your greens get better in your country.
