This is our Maha'raw'dja's Feast we had over the weekend: Samosas, Ginger Un-Steamed 'Rice' with Snow Peas, Curry Sauce and Marinated Curry Broccoli.

Raw Indian food! I luv Indian food! The marinated curry broccoli looks so good! It almost looks like it could substitute for mattar paneer (my favorite). Is there a recipe for raw vegan mattar paneer?

Could you PM me the recipe for the samosas and curry Sauce / marinated curry broccoli?

I've been raw for 4 days, Indian food was my favorite. If I could find raw Indian food recipe's it would make it a lot easier!

Thanks!

Carmella has been sweet enough to post a TON of recipes on her blog, I saw the curry sauce but didn't look for everything else:

Broccoli has been difficult for me, going through that steaming thing to raw.
Thanks again.

I would say 2-3 coconuts but that could be wrong. I have got some coconuts that gave me a great yield (1+ cups) - some didn't even give 1/2 a cup. I have never made these as young coconuts are just to precious for me to use as wraps for something, they are pretty hard to come by in my neighborhood. I'm thankful if I can grab one a week AND they are over $2 a piece!
