Whati fi I mixed an avocado, a banana & some stevia

that's the flavor of dark chocolate? Would it still taste like chocolate pudding? I don't have any raw carob powder right now & that's why I was wondering.

I don't imagine that avo, banana and stevia by themselves would taste like chocolate pudding. It WOULD have the consistency, but not the taste without the raw chocolate or carob powder. Still probably pretty yummy though... esp. if you added some citrus like lemon or lime....
