I make this after I'm done working out in the mornings.

1 or 2 bananas, sliced
1/4 c raisins
1/4 c pumpkin seeds
5 strawberries, sliced

I just put all this in a bowl and stir. And then I enjoy. Sometimes, I might blend a banana in the blender with a tad of water for some creamy banana milk to pour over it.

You could also try adding sliced celery to the bananas and raisins (it gives it that added crunch ~ Cathy

OH, I might have to try that. I have some celery sitting in the fridge. Thanks for the suggestion.
