I just ate my first plum of the year today and oh my gosh was it juicy and delicious! I did a search but couldn't find any recipes using plums. I have a craving to make some sort of dessert with them. Not that I don't love them all by themselves. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Mixed with kiwi, you can make pudding (agave optional).

I would "Leave 'em Be"....I had this discussion with a Friend........Is a Prune a dried Plum or is it a Fresh Prune....Dried????? I think its a dried Plum.
I planted a Pluot (Plum/Apricot) tree last year. My Harvest this year will consist of MAYBE 6 Fruit. Anyway I'm so PROUD of 'EM.....

my suggestion is just to eat 2 or 3 more and do a happy dance if they are really good....I've only had a few good ones so far this year...the produce in my part of the world was really impacted by the freeze we had earlier in the year...

I would try experimenting with them in fruit salads and smoothies. I like them in both!
