Do they really come out of the dehydrator soft, almost like steamed/cooked veggies?
I've been kind of wanting a different way to eat broccoli, and on Carmella's Blog all of her veggies look dark and "cooked", exactly how I like eating them!

Any words of wisdom? Advice? Answers?

Thanks!

they do come out tender and yummy.
i do mushroom squash tomato red pepper, and it's very much like shish kabob
or a zucc stir fry italian style.

i especially love that they're warm.
i can even toss them in 'butter'
:)

Yep, snow's right and I've tried fajita's this way also (when I was pressed for time and didn't have time to let them marinate overnight...yummy; i want some

Thanks!
I'm going to try it tomorrow morning, so I have something for lunch :)
I'll go look up some tasty marinades now, unless salt and water would work fine :)

Yayyy thanks!

It's just like it came outta the wok. I always try to keep some handy for pizza toppings and fajita fillings. the mushrooms taste like a cross between chicken and steak. I usually don't have many left for my meals because I keep picking them out and eating them before hand.
