So I was thinking about making this recipe but I am concerned, do you warm it in any way or eat it cold? Sounds good, but I don't think if it cold. Thanks Susan

I never warm mine. Strange, but the thought of hot "pasta" sounds pretty bad to me, LOL.

I just think of it as a salad.

I just made Alissa's pad thai recipe last night which uses yellow squash pasta. I found that even though the squash was room temp. the inside 'meat' was really cold. I don't 'dinner food' that cold so I stuck it in the dehydrator for about a half hour at 105 and that warmed it up nicely.

I'm okay if it's room temp but if it's ice cold like and depending on what the "pasta dish" is...I like it warmed (meaning put inside a plastic bag and then placed inside the dehydrator or a bowl of warm water - I'll just do some other food prep or something until the chill is off the dish...

I shall try it, thanks
