I think I found this on about.com and wanted to give the credit where it is due! This is VERY good!
Curried Cabbage Salad Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 head green cabbage, chopped
* 1/3 cup shredded flaked coconut
* 2 tbsp lemon juice
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1/4 cup Nama Shoyu
* 3 tbsp sesame seeds
* 1/3 tsp turmeric
* 1/2 tsp curry
* 1/2 tsp cumin
PREPARATION:
In a large bowl toss together all ingredients. Make sure cabbage is evenly coated. Chill for at least an hour and toss thoroughly again before serving. This will allow all the flavors to mingle.

I can't wait to try the recipe, thanks so much for posting it.
Cabbage can be a difficult veggie to work with for me.
I think i'll try it tomorrow or maybe tonight if i go back to the store:)

I used to love SAD curry with loads of cabbage. Will have to try this. You said chill? not worm in dehydrator? that's different. Will have to try this. Thanks

I just had a big bowl of this for lunch and added some raisins and onion. Really great additions! I have it chilled like a cold salad and it is great that way, I'd not thought of warming it in the dehydrator but that would be a great idea to try also. Enjoy everyone!

For some reason, something tells me I would like this even with the combinations....Cinnamon something tells me that the raisins and onions really do tweak the flavor....mmm?....Something to think about in the future....

I also love purple cabbage, it seems to be my latest passion food! Tonight I took the rest of the recipe I had left and added purple cabbage and it will be my lunch tomorrow. I think it will be equally as good with either type of cabbage. Yum!
Yes, the combination of flavors especially when adding the raisins and onion just all seem to play off each other. This recipe sure is a winner and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I am!

Thank you for sharing--sounds delicious. I have a small head of purple cabbage in my fridge and adore both curry and crunchy.
