Question about soaking nuts

I put a cup of almonds in the fridge in water to soak overnight - do I need to drain them today and eat them all up? Or do they keep for longer? And if they keep, do I need to store them in water in the fridge?

So many questions! (I'm a newbie, so please bear with me!) :o

Rinse and drain; then add water again... or dehydrate. They keep about 3 days if you drain, rinse and add fresh water. They'll last a long time if you dehydrate thoroughly.
