I'm on my fourth day of the challenge, after increasing raw foods over the past two months. My husband joined me! And today a coworker commented on my weight loss and questioned me about it. I'm very shy and at first just mentioned I was adding more salads and fruit to my diet. She continued to ask questions saying she didn't care for fruit so I suggested just adding a salad of dark greens dressed with fresh squeezed orange or lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil so the flavors of the salad's ingredients stand out. I couldn't believe I was having this conversation. Guess you will have to add "overcomes social anxiety" to the list of changes that this way of eating brings about! :)
