I have a couple of recipe books and have made several recipes from them that are AMAZING. Mostly I have made Alissa's recipes because they were easiest for me when I was first starting out. but... now I'm getting better at un-cooking and more confident in my abilities. I am also starting to refine my diet to include the healthiest items. So... does anyone know of a particularly healthy recipe book? I mean, of course they are all super healthy... but I mean like, ultimately healthy foods and combos and stuff? Well... just thought I would ask. I think I'm going to get a juicing book b/c thats probably the most refined nutrition of all. Anyways... any suggestions?

There are lots of those books out there by people like Gabriel Cousens but each of the experts seem to have different views on the ultimatly healthy diet.
One will say lots of veg and one will be lots of fruit etc etc. There is even one (I think it is Eco eating) that has you doing a lot of mineral balancing.
I think that it is best to find what suits you best through your own experience

I Am Grateful by Terces Engelhart is a cookbook of recipes from the raw/vegan cafe of Cafe Gratitude. Cafe Gratitude is in San Francisco, Marin & Berkeley. If you're in the Bay Area it's a must place to visit!
I am not a vegan or even a vegetarian, but visited Cafe Gratitude and loved the food so much I brought their cookbook and have been using some of the recipes. Most of them are fantastic! :p
Since I'm on this forum you can guess I am eating more raw these days. ;)
