Hi everyone,
My name is Sarah and I've just started this whole raw journey. I did a two week fast before Easter and I was eating mostly raw to transition out of fasting. I started doing some research on raw and now I want to try it more seriously. :D I was thrilled to find this website and I've learned a ton even though my book hasn't arrived yet.
