We've got quite a few teenagers on board now so why don't we encourage them to post their favorites.
They like to be creative and they could post their recipes, it would be great to see how creative they can be and it would keep them interested.
So what do you all think.

Hey everyone!
I have a few favourite raw recipes:
I love rawpriestesses brownies (Where has rp got to, I miss her!)
I like this recipe posted by someone aages ago but I can't remember who, sorry!! :
Avocado Curry Pasta
I just whipped this up and it is yum yum. It kind of tastes like the stuff you get at Thai places.
1 Avocado
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tablespoon of Raw Agave or honey(more if you like it kind of sweet)
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt (Not needed)
Curry to taste
1/4 cup of water
Handful of Raw Wild Jungle Peanuts or Almonds (also optional)
3 carrots
Cucumbers
Portabella mushrooms (Optional)
Tomatoes
Take avocado, juice of ½ lemon, agave, curry, water. Blend in food processor till smooth.
Take carrots and make into strands with vegetable peeler or turn into pasta with a saladacco or spiral slicer
Take jungle peanuts or almonds and chop up in the food processor.
Mix avocado curry mixture with veggies and carrots and chopped nuts.
Serves Two

And I also love berry smoothies with avocado in them, and green smoothies!! Yumm

Hi bethanie, just posted about the creativity i see in people on this diet and some of the masterpieces we see just on this forum on Seren's "Should I fast" thread...oh and by the way I can say I don't need a second of incentive to keep myself interested with this stuff:D.
As for recipes...hmmmm....where do I begin so many...I guess with this mornings breakfast! And no prizes for guessing it was a green smoothie!!
1 heaped tbsp cocoa
2 apples
2tsp manuka honey (one of why weak points...so sweet, so nice!)
1.5 tbsp hemp seed oil
HUGE mound of young baby leaf spinach!
7 large romaine lettuce leaves
About half cucumber
1 heaped tsp pure synergy
1tbsp maca
1 celery stalk (need a bit of saltiness in there!)
A bit of lemon bit
All whipped up with some some water, poured to a bowl and topped off with a good squeeze of lemon.
Sweet, sour, salty and super nutrition...now that was heaven...yum:p
Will start getting pics up and what do all you guys think of getting up some photos of university kitchens...could be funny...though after last night's partying I heard the state of mine this morning could put you guys off uni completely:D.
All the best...it's so great to see all you guys starting to speak up...my vision with what would happen if I managed to launch a separate forum has seemed to start happening with Alissa allowing me to do so...keep it up guys.

Sometimes teenagers shy away from sharing their interest and i thought it would be nice to hear from them:)

Bethanie I totally agree and as I said that's why I've felt so strongly for such a long time about starting this forum of mine for young adults and teenagers as I've now managed to start. I wanted a place where recipes, people's experiences and words of support, inspiration and advice for guys at school, uni etc could be shared at a time in people's lives where temptations and pressures are at their greatest and the need for this kind of stuff is at one of its greatest. I wanted to give the encouragement to people as I've said to speak up and in the last few days I've seen a major influx of youngins which I think is superb and everything I envisioned happening.
All the best.

I'll have to search for rawpriestess's brownies. I think I have seen other people talk about them under those fave recipe threads always floating around.

which was Father's Day he prepared an eggplant dish that was so good, i couldn't believe he did it.
Sometimes he acts like a big kid:D :D
We had purchased some baby eggplants and this is what he did with them:
4 eggplants, thinly sliced and chopped, soaked them in salt water and rinsed.
Put them in a metal pot and placed them on low heat in our convection oven which blows air for around and hour, covering them with tomato sauce, you can use your choice of sauce and some seasoning.
When he took it out it was so good, the sauce had covered the eggplant completely and the flavor was out of this world.
He had chopped up some tomatoes, garlic, sweet onions and avocados to go with the dish.
I must say it was quite a surprise, my dh should be creative more often:)
