I just wanted to share today's frozen fruit concoction, since it is so delectable.:p
Nectarine Ambrosia
1 cup frozen almond mylk (or other nut mylk)
1-2 frozen bananas
3/4 Cup frozen strawberries
1-2 nectarines- not frozen
1/4-1/4 Cup Raw Coconut Butter (I use Artisana Organic Coc Butter-Yum! Alissa has it in her web-store, and I Highly recommend it!!!)
1/4 Cup soaked raisins and the 1/2 Cup of raisin soak water
dash of cinnamon
Start with the raisins,water and nectarines in the Vitamix and then add Chopped frozen mylk and fruit (small pieces) to Vita-mix and enjoy!
