Does anyone use the herb in their raw food recipes? I love the Caribbean drink made with the plant, and it has awesome health benefits, so I want to incorporate it into my regular diet...

I've never heard of it. Can you enlighten me about it? What does it compare to? What else do you use it in?

oh! I know that as jamaica. It is very yummy! To me it has like a sweet/sour taste. I think though, you have boil the water to extract the essense of the leaves. How do you make it raw?

They say boiling gets the best results but I make Sun tea with ROOIBUS tea (also says boil it) and it comes out just fine just leave it out ALL day from 8am till dark. Its amazing the flavor is way better!
But I have not done this with Jamaica yet
