Time Settings

It's set for eastern time in the options which is right for FL but the time on the posts is two hours slow. Help, please.
Also when I post line spaces tend to be added durring the post that were not in the preview. Not that either one is a biggie but I'm obviously doing something different than I would like to.

It's not just you...we've had this asked before and I couldn't figure it out...it's the same thing with me, a couple of hours or something like that off.
