I did it. I bought a real dehydrator.

For 5 months, I've had my American Harvest, non-temp controlled 'drator. And, despite the fact that it's ... well... limited... it's done me well.

But tonight I did it and bought me a 5 tray Excalibur via ye ol' Ebay.

Wanted to wait for Alissa's ... but good raw food munchin awaits!!
