I have these limes and they are going, going but before they go bad...

Scoop out the innerds and use in green smoothies.
Freeze the juice from them.

I love limes in my dressings. I make a really yummy lime, crushed garlic, sea salt, & evoo dressing. Goes great on my avocado, cucumber, tomatoe & onion salad. I put that salad in red, yellow, orange and green bell peppers and serve them with a few raw crackers. sooo good. very colorful. My dh loves them.:D

I also make a very good & refreshing lime/agave sorbet. I make it in my vita mix. Great treat on a hot summer day.:p

my first (baaad) thought was margaritas?

but i love limeaid too, even if it's not electrafied. and i like the idea of juicing & freezing the juice for later... maybe even in ice cube trays so you can add just a cube or 2 later.

Peel and freeze, use later as ice cubes in drinks and smoothies.

Slice and freeze, use for a garnish on fruit a veggie plates later, then blend into smoothies or compost.

:D I hated to waste them. We buy of lot of fruit and veggies at our local fruit market and sometimes i go overboard:)
