I just bought Alissa Cohens Book and i would like to know what are your favorite recipes that you recommend in her book?

Well, don't be daunted by the prep work for the calzone. It's actually easy, just takes planning. And it's so worth it! MMmmmm, off the top of my head, my new love are the strawberry crepes. Alissa's book is brilliant!
