Hello again, I have my dehydrator ready to go and noticed it says to use 135 temp for fruits and veggies. Isn't that to high? I thought I remembered 105? Also if I make dried fruit or fruit roll ups for my kids, how do I store them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks All Susan

Yeah... don't go by the dehydrator suggestions...their guidelines are not based on raw food living.... I just try to stick with Alissa's suggestion of 105 degrees

I dehydrate all my stuff at 105 degrees!! (135 will kill all the enzymes!) that's one reason why it takes so long to dehydrate stuff cuz we use such a low temp to keep the enzymes alive an kickin!!
fruit roll ups - I think wax paper - you can lay it down and just roll it up... I think... (like bakers paper it's a thicker wax paper). :D

If you are referring to the standard booklet that comes with a dehydrator that might not apply to you. I don't know what kind of dehydrator you bought but many are intended simply for dehydrating and not for raw foodists. So those temps would indeed be too high. They will also often tell you to dip the fruit in boiling water or some such thing.
105 might be a bit low too. It really depends on the temp. where you live and the humidity level. If you have higher humidity you might need a slightly higher temp. so your food doesn't get moldy.
