Dear Friends,

Thank you all for sharing your experiences and references. I've gained so many resources from your genrous sharing. Thanks to Alissa for creating this space in which this community has formed and also for "The Book" and DVD (life changing tools in themselves).

I did the liver cleanse this weekend, and that was an interesting health adventure. Eliminated about 30, rice crispy sized, pea-green colored stones, and about 50 pinhead sized, liver-colored things (parasites?). I felt great immediately after, and feel energized today. I was explaining it to my husband and he said, "This is exciting." He was right. I'll do it again.

I do the oil-pulling (with coconut oil) and can't speak to other health benefits, but my teeth ARE whiter and my gums look pinker and healthier.

Got the Kundalini CD from BrainSync; good stuff.

Thanks for the YouTube alerts, NewsTarget, the JonBarron e-book, all the wonderful jokes (you guys are funny), and many more things that I can't recall right now. I'm grateful to be walking this path with you all.

I agree entirely. Without these forums, I KNOW I wouldn't have been able to keep myself on track in the beginning. Even know when I'm feeling a little weak, I pop online, and quickly start reading. It's always enough to make me strong again. Everyone here has inspired me in one way or another, and for that - you all RAWK!!! I love this place!!
