I took the Date Nut Torte to the Raw food meet-up group and everyone loved it. I think it was the best dessert there. Everyone was asking for the ingredients. So exciting. I was never much of a cook, but I guess I am becoming a pretty good uncooker. :D

Hi there, I hang out at the 30 day challenge. Was wondering if you can share the date nut torte recipe? Thanks.

My H doesn't like raisins so he has asked me to make it with cranberries. Will let you know how it goes.

It's the first raw dessert I ever made :) I put mine in a pie crust plate for the first layer and then spread the topping leaving an edge like a cooked pie crust would :) It's not as dense and lighter that way :)

But of course! The Date Nut Torte is THE bomb! My ds just made it today for all of us, and he's only 11! It's a common sight in our house!:D
