After several days of lurking, not posting, eating horrible food and sitting on my butt I am back!

Started my day with a very green smoothie and I feel great!! Good to be back on track.

I think I've eaten non-stop today but since it has been all raw I do not care =) I feel great when I am eating raw food and I need to keep this up!

eat good - eat much ...till you are stable in the raw again.
it doesn't seem to make a diff on "the eat all day long" days for me.
i lost 1.5# this greedy raw weekend anyway.
