HOORAY! i did my first sprouts this week!

ive been way too "busy" to work on my raw diet and this past week i had the chance to do my first sprouting.

it was AWESOME! watching those little seeds grow on my kitchen window sill :D

so much fun! and it was a great spark to fire me back into raw in the summer since im now out of school.

Mmmmm i just love dem sprouts! hehe

I am So Happy Sprouts brought back your Spark......It IS Amazing to see things Grow and to know that you had a Hand in it.....If you have an area of ground or a pot, you can plant some sprouts and they will grow. Any Greens like Turnips, Collards or Spinich.

Congratulations on your Accomplishment...........Sprouts are also Cheap.............
