I made it this evening for the first time, and it is so good, crunchy, and perfect for summer. I highly recommend it. (I added a some chopped tomato to it too.)

Yes it would be great for a potluck! It makes a lot too. I just slice the cabbage with a knife as thin as I can and add the rest of the ingredients, so quick and easy.

Yeah, that slaw is really good. I made some the other day and added a little sesame oil to the liquid mix. The red onions really give it a kick and yeah it's very refreshing. I added a little purple cabbage too. Mmmm!
