aww! I'm glad you liked the pictures!!

yes it is 3 layers. the first layer is coconut meat, lemon & agave nectar. then I put a good scoopful of almond and agave crumbs, ontop of that another layer of the coconut & lemon and then for the strawberry sauce I mixed frozen strawberries & banana. I let it sit in the freezer over night and ate it the next morning. its delicious!!!
