Sorry I've been MIA. Lots going on on the family front and I've just been pulled in entirely too many directions.
I'm going to have to wing this off the top of my head... I'd do something like this (remember - raw isn't an exact science!):
For the pesto... basil, blended til smooth with black olives, a pull or two of EVOO, MAYbe some cauliflower ... ground up too... and some Indian curry spices - cumin, corriander, curry powder. Me, I love tomatoes, so I add them to everything... but might not be the best bet. Carrots, it seems, would taste great with Indian spices...
For the regular pesto stuff shrooms, I'd use Alissa's or a variation on it... to memory it includes black olives, olive oil, parsley, garlic, mint, and lemon juice... maybe a couple of other ingredients.
Play with it!! That's the bottom line.
