I have learned so much from all the great journaling, & I would like to participate. I have tried to find out all the rules, but maybe I missed something. My ?, Do I have to list my weight & stats?
Thanks for any help, Lana Q :o

Hi Lana,
You don't have to list your stats. Most people list their stats just to monitor progress made as they continue on with raw..to see how far they've come from where they first started.
If you don't want to publicly post them, I'd at least do it in a private journal just for your own records.

:) :) Thanks Rawkinlocs. I will definitely keep them & other info in my private journal, but I am still in the "not wanting to own the number" zone.
I am doing this as both a healthy lifestyle & weight loss, (Not looking at it as a diet) but I cannot tell anyone what I weigh. I'm not sure why, but it's just something I am having a problem with. I appreciate your insight & love your journal. Thanks,
Lana Q. :)

No problem Lana!
I understand...and you are under no obligation to share your weight with anyone.
One thing I wanted to suggest too, if you want to find out your weight for documentation purposes, go to some place else and "borrow" their scale but don't bring one into your home if you don't already have one. If you do, then put it up somewhere...hide it from yourself once you get the starting weight written down.
Scales lie and scales don't tell the full truth...it might say one thing, but you see on your body and in how your clothes fit something totally different. But having a scale and seeing the numbers fluctuate up and down as your body goes through adjustments, etc. may frustrate you and cause you undo stress, dissappointment and possibly make you want to give up if you don't see certain results in a certain time frame.
Glad you enjoyed my journal! Thanks! :)

:D I am putting my scale in the basement, as that has always been a big problem for me. I actually weigh more than I look, (at least I think so) anyways, I hate the numbers game. I don't want anything to mess w/my mind/soul/motivation.
Rawkinlocs, I think you are right!!! Thanks again, Lana :)
