Since I am big into working out..I have dieted through most of my life eating every three hours and alot of meat-protein  I know I know..I have been trying to be raw for sometime now but everthing I know in the fitness world does not go along with the raw world...I guess I have to throw everthing I know and have learned out the window...Listening to my body I feel like I want to fast ...just for a few days....I want to know is I could fast on just water and how many days...and should I lay off the workouts until I finish fasting??? Thanks ...uggh why is this soo difficult for me to just do it...I wish I knew nothing and could just do it

I am a body builder. Although I've been slack on the weight lifting for some time now I am getting back into it. I would NOT suggest a water fast for anyone. I have "The Master Cleaser" in an email if you are intersted in reading it. It is a small book about fasting and I found it all online one time and saved it. That goes for anyone else who is interested in reading it, just e mail me and I'll send it to you. (kjellberg@kans.com) When fasting YES lay off the heavy work outs. A mild walk would be fine, no power walking though.

Being a body builder you are told eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours, mega protien mainly from clean sorces of MEAT etc.... you know the drill. I tried that for 4 years only to go no where with my weight. Yes eating raw you have to through a lot of what you've learned out the window. So forget what you've learned and start fresh, that is what I have done. I've wiped the slate clean and I'm trying this from a new perspective... it can't hurt and has already shown me it CAN WORK!

You can do it! :D

Love,
Angie
