If so what are you doing to help keep them healthy.
I've read that using cayanne pepper will help with circulation when used in the mouth.
I have noticed that my gums don't swell anymore and my teeth seem stonger.

Yes I did. I don't know why they were receeding on only two teeth, but I had surgury to fix them. The surgeon was amazing and added tissue from my mouth under a pocket of the receeding gum and I can't explain how he did it but there is absolutely no way of knowing that I had any time of problem or surgery. I have also heard that about cayanne pepper.

Same here - had surgery. It was all due to my bite. My teeth looked very straight but my bite was way off. I plunged ahead and got braces for two years and I no longer have a problem and I don't bite my right cheeck anymore. Plus he tweeked my teeth so they fill in my smile more and I am thrilled. Was well worth it ($6000). Forget about Invisalign for correcting bites - ya need the real deal. I had something called Damon brackets - no rubber bands so only had to go to the Dr. every 6 weeks.

Just my two cents . . .

Yes I do. I thought it was due to age. You know, another wonderful thing to look forward to with all the knowledge I've aquired as I get older.

If anyone knows of a way to reverse the damage, without surgery, I'd be interested.

Thanks!

I always look for the natural solution, eating the SAD(sad american diet) caused the problem raw can help to correct it.
I'm read that getting circulation to the gums helps and again using cayanne pepper but if there is something out there that we can do bring it on:)

My doctor told me if it's do to your anatamy it is bound to happen no matter what you eat or how you brush. In that case, surgury is required.
