I'm a bit confused about what the RAW food pyramid is for a balanced diet. I know eventually listening to your body is the way to do it, but what if you're not getting enough of what your body needs... Since I don't take vitamins anymore, I want to make sure I'm getting what I need everyday...

If I don’t get enough of something, I know it. Cramping (legs, menstrual, etc) tells me I need more calcium and magnesium in my diet for instance. I know when I’m not getting enough sodium, etc. I still take supplements, but not daily - I feel the effects much more now than I did on a cooked food diet.

Personally, I feel if you are drinking green smoothies daily, eating 100% raw daily, drinking water daily, eating a variety of fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, sprouts daily, you are getting plenty. In my smoothie I also put in a heaping tablespoon on Alissa's Green Food Powder, just to make sure I'm getting plenty of greens. I am not lacking for anything.
Ask yourself this. When you were eating SAD/CRAP - did you follow it this closely? I mean did you concern yourself with wondering if you were getting what you need? Most folks didn't, that's why they supplemented. When you eating, living, whole, healthy foods and a variety of the abovementioned, you don't have to supplement. For instance my mal-functioning thyroid needed more iodine, so I increased my sea veggies and now my thyroid is functioning perfect without meds in less then a year.
And you will know soon what your body needs. In the beginning when I went raw I ate avos for a week or two - couldn't get enough - figured my body needed the extra fat for detoxing or whatever it was doing. I also ate the abovementioned items, but in addition to that had the avos. Then I'll crave oranges or mushrooms. You will get in tune and feel what it needs.

There are websites that you can use to input what you eat daily and it will give you an idea if you are missing something but I think that we are over worrying about the specifics.
For now you should just concentrate on staying raw and eating whatever you need to do that.
If you want icecream then have it. If you want chocolate then have it. As your body gets cleaner it will tell you what it wants.
