Headache Cure!!!

Hi All!!!

Is it my imagination, or did eating this banana REALLY cure my headache?

I haven't had much sleep in the last few days because of my job, so I guess that's why I experienced a throbbing headache on the right side of my head along with a stiff neck. I think that I read somewhere that bananas were good for relieving headaches, but I'm not quite sure about that info...

Have you had that experience with bananas?

I have no idea if that is true but I will certainly keep it in mind next time my head starts pounding. I hate taking otc meds so a natural headache reliever, besides water when I'm dehydrated, is awesome!
