I know it's not a popular destination, but it's my home for the next 2 months and I was wondering if anyone knew of any raw restaurants in Northern Utah (SLC, Provo, Park City, etc.) I am willing to travel a bit so any info would be great...thanks :)

I go to Omar's all of the time. He is such a great guy and he has a really fun raw food cafe. It's in the trendy area in Sugarhouse. I recommend the falafel (sp?) bowl. It's heaven. He has some pretty tasty desserts too. Some of the girls that work there are soo sweet too.

There is also another restaurant called Sage's cafe in Salt Lake. It's actually a vegan restaurant, but they do have a few dishes that are raw. The very last Friday of the month Sage's cafe does a whole raw night where you can order a 5 course raw meal. It is actually quite good and the ambiance is nice too.

Have fun in Utah!! (I live in Sugarhouse and I love it!)

Thanks for all of the info on SLC.

We live in SE Idaho, about three hours from SLC.

Has anyone been to the Raw dinner at Sage's. That sounds great, what are the rates?

Thanks,
Donna
