Are Buckwheat Greens Toxic?

I eat buckwheat all the time. I have never noticed any photosensitivity or anything this article mentions. Have any of you? What do you all think?

It's not the buckwheat itself nor the sprouts from it but rather the actual greens - some people go beyond simply sprouting it and grow the actual greens.
