Hey...
Anyone know anything about Stone Ground Mustard in Acv? I know that Matt from Rawvolution uses it. Is it raw?

It just sounds like nice fresh mustard.
You can collect mustard seeds yourself -- it grows wild everywhere.
Or buy it from a reputable dealer.. maybe your natural food store?
Grind or crush them and wet it with a little ACV and voila! Mustard!

Apple Cider Vinegar - the only raw vinegar - especially Bragg's brand.

Why wouldn't mustard in ACV be considered raw??

Well, not all ACV is raw, hence the prepared mustard containing ACV would not be raw.
Of course, if you make your own with Braggs, then no worries!

I always associate ACV with raw, but you are RIGHT, you CAN get it pasteurized. Good point - you always provide the PP - Purist's Perspective, Andy. It's appreciated a lot, even though I'm less of a purist myself. Thanks for that! :)
