Sensitive Teeth

I have never had any problems with my teeth. But the last couple of days after being raw for 10 days my front teeth are becoming sensitive to cold. That and I have an acidic taste in my mouth. The kind you sometimes get from different medicines. Has anyone else experienced this? :confused:

For the sensitive teeth, take a gander at this thread (in it's entirety 'cause you'll see where the person who started the thread had some success but it also has a lot of great suggestions, etc.: http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=27274&highlight=sensitive+teeth But just real quick, try and as much as possible, rinse your mouth out or at very least, drink some water after you eat...especially very sweet, dried fruits and citrus fruits.

As for the taste in your mouth, more than likely it's detox because a LOT of us experienced similar. I know I did in the beginning. Some get a metallic taste in the mouth. But a lot of old stuff is resurfacing and a lot of it is from taking meds in the past! Drink lots of water to help flush out your system!
