I'm 100% Raw right now and feeling very transitional, if you catch me drift...I'm averaging two to three avocadoes a day. Is this likely to have any detrimental affect? I just can't get out of that recipe for raw cocoa/ avocado pudding.

You are going to get very mixed opinions. I think if you are transitiopning, just do what you have to do to stay raw and that is what everyone else is going to say. In the long term, you may decide that you feel better eating less avocados...or not. For now, enjoy!

Avocado is great for making your system more alkaline I wouldn't worry about it. We all go in phases and if that is what is helping you stay and eat raw go for it! It is a healthy fat.

I agree with the above. If you are still transitioning...then concentrate on upping your raw percentage.....and just keep the fat levels (avocados and nuts) conscious and reasonable - and you should do very well! No worries!
