Happy Raw Anniversary........

On June 3rd 2006, I attended a "Certified Living on Live Food Instructional Class" and BECAME Instantly RAW then. So I am CELEBRATING MY 1 year Anniversary.

I have had HIGHS and lows but I am still here Keeping the Faith. I have tried RAW several times and utterly FAILED but this time with YOUR support and Alissa Forum, I'm still Holding MY HEAD UP and above water.

So MY Family, it has been a GREAT Year. I am another year older AND another year Wiser. I am STILL CUTE, RAW had nothing to do with that.

I LOVE you ALL and "I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW.....Welcome to MY World...

Stina; My detox was mostly tiredness, which I soon found out
was a New Signal for hunger. So I did not have a bad detox.

I, as so many of you were, was a Vegeterian before I became RAW....
