Raw Sourkraut Recipe

Anybody have any good recipes? I'd love something fairly easy if possible.

Also, it's flaming hot outside these days and my house really heats up. For instance, it's +84 in the house right now. I'm melting!

Will it effect the kraut as it matures if it's too hot in the house?

I've heard that you shouldn't make kraut in temps hotter than +75

Yes we had a big discussion on sAuerkraut. May look at that. Have made several batches with success. It just takes a little time. I didn't use any fancy equipment.

Oh, suggestion: You may edit the spelling of the thread as "sauerkraut" is spelt this way for searching purposes.
