It was so easy and sooo good.
My husband wouldn't eat any of it so i enjoyed it all by myself, lucky me!
I purchased 4 medium ripe peaches, not too soft but soft enough that they felt ripe.
I sliced them thinly as possible and set them aside.
I tooks some raw cashews and grinded them up not too much because you don't want cashew flour so watch it:) I used a half about a half a cup.
I spread this on the bottom of my one person bowl and pour some raw honey over the cashews and a couple of drops of real vanilla.
I then put the sliced peaches over this and a little more honey and the rest of the grinded cashews over this and then i found a recipe on this site for whipped cream to top it:) yummy to my tummy.
I am so satisfied.
