I have been gradually trying to go 100% raw for a few days, and have had a few slip ups, but when I get going on a raw streak my stomach bloats a lot and hurts, so should I take enzyme supplements? And can you find these in a drug store or a WFS? Also, do they have specific names and I'd have to choose one or are they just "enzyme supplements?"

Look over in Alissa's store - she sells the enzyme supplements. I have never taken them, but I'm sure there are many testimonials regarding their usage.

Yes, I'd strongly recommend taking proteolytic enzymes between meals. Zymitol is a great product.

Raven: Would I be able to buy Zymitol in stores or only online? And is it expensive? I did a search for it and it came up with 630 capsules for 100$ and that's a lot of money for me!

Also, are there any enzyme supplements that can be found in pharmacies or markets?

I use a vegetarian formula made by Natural Factors called Multi Enzyme High Potency Dr. Murray formulated. They are cheap. Like $11 for 60 capsules. You can find them on iherb.com
