::two thumbs up::

I have this book. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in growing/consuming wheatgrass. Ann also wrote a book about sprouting. These are excellent, excellent books!!!

Oops - my bad. I am sorry. One never knows though...he's a handsome man - what type of music does he perform? I have no sound on this computer at home. I love all kinds of music. I mean who would have Tony Bennett and GreenDay in their CD magazine at the same time? Yep, that would be me.
Oh, I read and read and still am reading all I can about raw and then coming to MY conclusion. Listening to MY body. What heals ME. Ann Wigmore was an amazing woman. Cured a lot of her ailments (hey! just like me! cool!). Victoria Boutenko's book "Green for Life" is another amazing book on the benefits of green smoothies. I started out with Alissa's (which btw - do you have?) and built my raw library. Hers is the best. Ann and Victoria run a close second as far as information, then there are many others that pertain to recipes.
Reading is THE best way of learning and then deciding what is right for your own body.
And peace right back at YOU my friend!!!

I agree - VB's Green For Life is great! My best friend is on a week's escape with VB right now and she said VB has been out in the ocean collecting seaweed every day, and they are just dehydrating it in their cabin. So cute! She said V is more daring that her, going out there so far - lol!!!

Music makes the world go round. I have thousands of cds. I have Jim Croce (LOOOVE HIM!), AC/DC, Polyphonic Spree, a punk tribute to Duran Duran, Carole King, and Public Enemy on deck right now to listen to. Oh, and Dolly Parton. LOL! My mp3 player is my lifeline....
