Hello all, i started to exercise again back in March but i had to stop because my milk was going down.
I am pumping more and drinking more water but the intensif exercise seems to affect the amount of my milk.
Any suggestions on how to go back and doing this great body weight training while nursing??? I so love doing aerobic and nice exercise, the only thing i can do is walking.
