1. What do you to for exercise?
a. Types of cardio? Mostly elliptical and Nordictrac
b. Weights? Those thigh machines :p
c. Yoga? I need to get into yoga
d. Sports? I walk alot!
e. Other?
2. How often do you work out? Days? # of horus a week? 5-6 days a week lately. 30min - 1 hour each time.
3. What time of day? If my sleep habits are good, I go in the morning. If not, at night.
4. Gym or at home/outdoors? I go to the New York Sports Club. I love it!
5. Do you work out alone or do you have a partner? Alone
6. Were you this active before going raw? The fact that I have energy to GO is the biggest indicator of how awesome raw is. When I eat SAD, I have horrible insomnia and zero energy.

a. Types of cardio? again - spinning and Kenpo and rebounding (forgot this one)
b. Weights?nope
c. Yoga? nope, but I have

e. Other? Using stairs whenever I can. Parking well away from the store I need to go to.
2. How often do you work out? Days? # of horus a week? every day at minimum an hour
3. What time of day? first thing in the morning, then sometimes in the evening (early)
4. Gym or at home/outdoors?At home and outdoors.
5. Do you work out alone or do you have a partner? Alone. Or do my two dogs count?
6. Were you this active before going raw? Yes, but it was a chore. Now I want to and it feels right and good.

1. What do you to for exercise? Running, Spinning, Ab work, strength training and conditioning, dance
a. Types of cardio? Running and Spinning
b. Weights? I use the row machine and I do deadlifts with a barbell. I also do lunges with a medicine ball and squats with the weighted bar
c. Yoga?
d. Sports? I am contemplating getting into boxing and I want to dedicate myself more to running, I've been training for a 10k race for the past 2 months; the 10k is June 9
e. Other?
I have dance rehearshals 1-2 times a week and I have started taking dance class again.

Somewhere around 7-8 hours a week.
3. What time of day?
Morning at the gym. And sometimes I run at the park in the evening.

5. Do you work out alone or do you have a partner?
My gym workouts are alone and my 10k training is in a group. Boxing training(when it happens) is also in a small group.
6. Were you this active before going raw?
Yes but I believe raw has given me alot more energy to kick everything up a notch!

Also a hip hop dance video sometimes too.

Gym. Freeweights at home sometimes.

Occasionally.

Nope.

Ice skating but not lately.

Just about every day.

Mornings & evenings & when the mood strikes.

Gym & at home. I hike on Sunrise mountain sometimes too.

Alone & with my mother at the gym.

Nope. Before I had my daughter I used to work out regularly at home but not as much as I do now.

a. Types of cardio?-Capoeira, jump rope
b. Weights?-dumbells
c. Yoga?-lil bit in the morning, sometimes more on the wknd.
d. Sports?-when I was younger, not into that now

Capoeira 3-4 times a week. Bike ride everyday. Get exercise everyday

Capoeira class is in the evenings and whenever I'm in the mood.

Outdoors, at my Capoeira school and at home

Have always been athletic but went through a lazy slump. That is long gone and now I'm full of energy ever since going raw!!!
1. What do you to for exercise? Cardio, weights, hiking and doing yard work is a work out, lol.
a. Types of cardio? Walk and run intervals (working up to running without walking but i love intervals..burns lots of fat), aerobics class (step or combo) or some other machine at the gym.
b. Weights? OH YEAH
c. Yoga? No..meditation
d. Sports? No...in my dreams :p
e. Other? African dance and sauna
2. How often do you work out? Days? # of horus a week? 4-6 days a week and it depends what I do each day...mmm, I guess from 8-12; I've never kept count.
3. What time of day? Around 3 pm during the week and on the weekend either around 7 am on Sat and Sun or early afternoon.
4. Gym or at home/outdoors? Gym and maybe the track for running if it's nice out. Outdoors would be hiking in the woods. Hmm, time to break in that new bike too!
5. Do you work out alone or do you have a partner? I prefer to work out alone. I may see a friend at the gym and we chit chat while working out (i have a one track mind when it comes to working out; no time for a lot of conversation) and when hiking that's a pleasure I do with my friends or alone with the extra cardio/stength benefit from walking up and down those hills.
6. Were you this active before going raw? Off and on; been more consistent now due to changing eating habits and the thought of spring arriving! :D

I run. I'm currently training to run a marathon.

I'm running up to 5 times a week. 7+ hours per week

When I get home from work.

Outdoors if not raining. Gym if it's raining.
5. Do you work out alone or do you have a partner?
Alone. I used to run with my dog, but not anymore with the long miles I cover.

I try for atleast 3x a week

I prefer the mornings but sometimes I'm too tired and end up working out when I get out of work, around 5 pm or so

Thanks everyone for responding! Here are my answers:
1. What do you to for exercise?
Running, hiking, weights, sometimes Yoga...
2. How often do you work out? Days? # of hours a week?
Right now about 5-7 hours a week; every day
3. What time of day?
Mostly evenings after work.
4. Gym or at home/outdoors?
Home and outdoors though I may join a gym as well.
5. Do you work out alone or do you have a partner?
Alone for running and weights, but my SO joins me in some hikes (more fun and safer not to be alone in the sticks)
6. Were you this active before going raw?
I started working out "full-time" about a year and a half ago while I as still cooked.

Elliptical machine, walk/run intervals, long walks, biking
b. Weights?
I'm muscular so only 3-5 pounds/high # of reps. I do arms while on the elliptical, or do a bodypump style Jari Love video- Maybe 2x per week. I alternate resistance workouts.

Yoga? Power Yoga twice a week for 60 mins
d. Sports?
Not on purpose
e. Other?
Pilates or Lotte Berk once or twice a week for abs and rear.
I still accept about 4 bodywork appts a week, largely b/c it gives me great arms and shoulders.

About 4x a week. Wish I could make time for more, but for example. tonight I just finished working out at 2:00am. I probably do abut 6-7 hours a week.

Usually after work: 9 or 10 pm

Gym in winter, Home and outdoors in the summer
5. Do you work out alone or do you have a partner?
Mostly alone at home or at the gym b/c of the odd, late hours. I always bike or run outdoors with a partner. The city is not a safe place for a girl on foot, alone.
