all raw is is raw food. IF you wish to take supplements that's entirely up to you. What you are taking is not raw, so, you might wish to consider that ~ and IF it's necessary for your well-being.
Many folk have found that when eating healthier, they've just naturally quit smoking; others have lessened the amount. One of the reasons is, they feel so good, they go out walking or moving in some manner ~ yoga, taiji, etc. and smoking just doesn't fit in anymore.

I've never smoked, so I don't know what it would be like trying to quit while eating raw.
I found, though, that after I started eating raw I couldn't tolerate caffeine at all. Not too long after I'd been about 80% raw for a week or so, I drank a 16-oz. coffee and felt so sick that I almost had to leave work. Not only did it mess up my digestion majorly, but I felt as wired as if I'd had a gallon of coffee.
So, I'd suggest quitting or cutting back without a patch as an experiment if you can, as you might find that it wouldn't work the way it would on someone eating SAD.
As for losing weight, I've been 100% for almost a week and have already dropped from a size 10 jeans to a size 6. Most people say the weight just falls off without much effort at all. That's sure been my experience.
