What kind of Chocolate?

I'm new to this and I don't have my book with me and I want something chocolaty tonight. What kind of carob/cocoa do I buy? I can't remember if it's supposed to say "raw" on it and/or if it's powdered. I've read about 5 books on raw in the last week and I have information overload.:p I'd like to stop and shop on my way home from work to pick up a few items and this cocoa/carob is on the list. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, definitely it should say raw somewhere on the packaging and yes, it's powdered. Raw cacao powder.

Alissa sells a great brand :) She carries both raw cacao powder and the raw carob powder ;) I have to give her a plug...Her packages always come so quickly :)
