I ordered a big box of these in the mail...
larabar (https://www.larabar.com/secure/index_.php) and it says that it's completely raw... also I've been eating these as well... raw revolution bars (http://www.rawindulgence.com/).

pleease tell me it's okay!

I think Larabars are a good transition food. You can make them yourself though - much cheaper.

The last time I was in the U.S. I noticed that they had changed their labels and now state the percentage raw.
A lot of the bars are 100% but they have a new chocolate orange one that states 90% raw.

Even at 90%, that chocolate-orange number is delish!

I favor PranaBars b/c they are less gummy and sweet than other brands, but Larabars are a handy second place.

BTW- Amazingly, I went to a convention this weekend, and right next to the chips and candy there were Coconut-Acai raw bars!
