rejuvelac - taste like armpit juice?

Is that how it should taste?
I don't mind weird tasting things if I know it is good for me ... but this stuff is kind of sick?
How do I know if it has gone bad... any particular smell?

I never thought it tasted bad, though it does have a fermented taste. However, Dr. Brian Clement, who worked closely with Ann Wigmore, advises against using rejuvelac. He believes it causes candida and yeast overgrowth.

I can drink it but I would rather not.

You can drink it through a straw to make it easier... you can't smell it so bad. ;)
